Attorney, William “Goose” Changose handled the Estate proceedings for my family. In very difficult and highly emotional times of suddenly losing a parent, Goose handled our estate with outstanding knowledge of the law, explaining the procedures clearly, highly professional in his communications with the family Executor, always available and quick to respond to the Executor, and sympathetic in our time of mourning. Our Estate was not a simple one to handle. It took 2 years for the estate to close due to a mistake by the family in choosing a previous attorney that had to be released due to “failure to communicate”. Once we found William Changose, things right away started to move in the right direction. He made it clear from the beginning that he would handle our legal issues as a priority and with excellent care. All the way through it all, Goose was ahead of the process and kept the family executor informed of every legal requirement as well as what’s ahead in the process. His obvious skill, knowledge, and professionalism helped bring a sense of peace to the family during a very turbulent occasion. Mr .Changose is the best probate lawyer in Arkansas. He is very knowledgeable, quick, honest and understanding. I had no idea of the probate process he explained every step of the way and the process went exactly as he explained. He was also fair and honest to all parties. I used Mr. Changose to close out an Estate. His professionalism and gentle manner in explaining the process made this bearable. Everything happened within the time he stated. My late brother, a resident of New York, left behind part-ownership of some Ozark property. But no will. I hadn't been in Arkansas in forty years. No idea where to start. Called Goose because he'd tun an Air Force Base! How could I not? His firm was amazing. My sisters and I retained Mr. Changose, aka “Goose” to open an ancillary probate for our stepmother, file affidavits of heirship for her brother’s daughters and update and transfer the deed on a parcel of land that has been in the family since 1937 or earlier with no update since that time. It was tedious and time consuming, but he handled it all with ease and kept us informed and gave clear instructions regarding all of the numerous documents. We highly recommend him!
